Corporate Gift Match
Many corporations offer Corporate Gift Matching for donations made to a non-profit. We are a 501(c)3, so your donation may be eligible. Please see your HR department for information about rules and guidelines.
- If your employer needs our Tax ID number, it is: 91-1114035.
- If you made an online donation, you will receive an email receipt. If deleted or not received, you may request a receipt from the treasurer.
- If you paid by check and would like a receipt, please email the treasurer.
Your Volunteer Hours May Be Worth Money!
You probably know that some employers will match charitable donations. But did you know that some employers also make donations to nonprofits based on the volunteer hours their employees contribute?
These programs may be called Volunteer Grants, Volunteer Rewards, Dollars for Doers, Volunteer Matching, or Volunteer Hour Match.
That means your volunteer time with Northshore Middle PTSA could potentially generate an additional donation to the PTSA — at no extra cost to you.
How Does It Work?
- Volunteer with Northshore Middle PTSA.
- Track your volunteer hours.
- Check your employer’s benefits to see whether they offer a volunteer-giving program.
- If eligible, submit your hours through your employer’s employee-giving platform.
And don’t assume only event-day volunteering counts! Depending on the employer’s rules, qualifying planning and committee work may count too.

What Should I Search For?
Check your company’s employee benefits, HR portal, or employee-giving platform for terms such as:
“Volunteer Grant”

“Volunteer Hour Match”
“Employee Giving”
If your company uses a charitable-giving platform such as Benevity or YourCause, you may be able to search for Northshore Middle School PTSA and submit your volunteer hours there.
Your volunteer time already makes a difference for our school. It may be able to make a financial difference, too!
